  • If your custom sneakers arrive damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a free exchange for the same product.
  • Please note that refunds are not available for custom orders.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order, and the item must be in its original, unworn condition.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Ensure the item is unworn and in its original condition.
  2. Return the item and provide us with the tracking number. This ensures the product is returned safely and that your rights are protected.

To ensure accurate sizing and prevent wear, we recommend trying on your shoes in a carpeted area with clean feet.
