It’s simple! Browse our website to find the base style you love, then share your customization details during checkout. We source the sneakers shown in the product images and bring your vision to life. Each pair is customized by hand, and the entire process, including shipping, takes 14–21 days depending on your design.

Yes, comfort is just as important to us as style. Our customization process doesn’t compromise the original sneaker structure, so you can walk, dance, and celebrate for hours without discomfort.

Orders & Shipping

Customization takes 7–14 business days depending on the design. After that, your shoes will be shipped, with delivery taking 3–7 business days based on your location.

We allow cancellations or changes within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, customization begins, and orders cannot be canceled. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible.

Since every pair is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns for custom shoes. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a mistake, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a repair, replacement, or other solutions.

During checkout, enter your code in the “Discount” field and click “Apply.” Please note, discount codes cannot be combined or applied to sale items unless specified.

Once your shoes are shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your package’s progress. If you haven’t received tracking info after two weeks, reach out to us.

Care & Maintenance

To keep your shoes looking their best:

2. Use a mixture of mild soap and water for spot cleaning.

No, we don’t recommend machine washing. Hand cleaning or professional services will help maintain their appearance and longevity.
